Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been increasing in Australia and at WISE Hire we are keen to make sure that your services with us are safe and convenient during this period. We are following government directions on keeping healthy and providing our services for you and there are a few things that will help.
We understand that our Service Provider Partners may be relying on our services to respond to gaps in their workforce and we at WISE Hire are doing our utmost to ensure availability of our support workers in a safe manner. It may be that the work requested of support workers will be of a different nature than it has been in the past. There may be increased requirements for delivery or collection of parcels, or cleaning and maintenance duties or other assistance at home. While we are still small and growing, we will do what we can to scale up to meet demand.
We recognise that these are uncertain times. Whether you are increasing or decreasing your platform use, we understand. Whenever you are ready to engage again, please know that we are ready to serve you.
