We are following government directions on keeping healthy and providing our services for you and there are a few things that will help.

What WISE Hire is doing to help

  • WISE Hire is prepared for the different scenarios that could arise. Our staff are familiar with the correct practice for good virus protection and the rules around isolating high risk people.
  • WISE Hire is supporting any workers or clients who show any symptoms or have been in near contact with someone diagnosed with Coronavirus or have recently returned from a foreign location stay away for 14 days without any symptoms of infection

What you can do to help

  • Please do not attend your jobs if you show any symptoms, have been in near contact with someone diagnosed with Coronavirus or have recently returned from a foreign location. If you cannot attend for any of these reasons you must self-isolate at home for 14 days.
  • Please maintain good hygiene and help to keep our clients and their homes safe and virus free
  • For those support workers already booked with upcoming job bookings, it is your decision to continue to provide your services providing you are free of Coronavirus.

Giving our Service Providers options

We understand that our Service Provider Partners may be relying on our services to respond to gaps in their workforce and we at WISE Hire are doing our utmost to ensure availability of our support workers in a safe manner. It may be that the work requested of support workers will be of a different nature than it has been in the past. There may be increased requirements for delivery or collection of parcels, or cleaning and maintenance duties or other assistance at home. While we are still small and growing, we will do what we can to scale up to meet demand.

We recognise that these are uncertain times. Whether you are increasing or decreasing your platform use, we understand. Whenever you are ready to engage again, please know that we are ready to serve you.
